- Telephone Consult: $25 per 10 minutes
- School/IEP Meetings: $150 per hour
- Re-bill charge for payments not received within 30 days: $5
- Telephone Calls – first 5 minutes are free, any 15-minute portion thereafter: $35
- 3% charge for credit card use

Behavioral health services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please contact your health insurance provider (the number is typically located on the back of your insurance card) to determine what services are covered by your plan and how much is compensated.
Questions to Ask
The following questions may be helpful to ask your health insurance provider to gather details about your benefits:
- Do I have behavioral health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session? What is my copay?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance plan cover?
- Are teletherapy sessions covered?
- Is written approval required from my primary care physician for services to be covered?
Receipts (superbills) can be provided to clients wishing to use their out-of-network benefits for health insurance providers Associates in Neuropsychology & Wellness, LLC is currently not in network with. Some plans may reimburse some of your costs for out-of-network provider services and in those instances, you can submit the receipts to your provider for reimbursement. We recommend reaching out to your health insurance provider prior to starting with therapy to determine how much they would reimburse you for behavioral health services, if a provider is not in network with them.
Payment
Cash, check and most major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $75 fee.
Notice to clients and prospective clients:
Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
