Abby Schultz, M.S.

Abby Schultz is a master’s level resident therapist at Associates in Neuropsychology and Wellness. Abby obtained her B.A. in psychology from West Chester University in 2001 and her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Millersville University in 2023. Abby works with children, adolescents, and adults as an outpatient therapist and is actively pursuing licensure in Pennsylvania as a licensed professional counselor. Although Abby enjoys working with individuals of all ages, she plans to specialize in play therapy and trauma-informed care, focusing on children, adolescents, and young adults.

Though she does not believe there is a one-size-fits-all therapeutic method, Abby takes a humanistic approach to therapy. She values and respects the uniqueness of each individual and understands that you are the expert of your own lived experience. Abby holds the patient/therapist connection in very high regard and believes that it is in that human connection where healing can begin. Abby is passionate about learning and feels that staying open to new opportunities can help us become the best possible version of ourselves.

Abby believes that seeking therapy is an act of strength and bravery.

You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.
