
Dr. Fleischacker is a Licensed Neuropsychologist and co-founder of Associates in Neuropsychology & Wellness. She earned her doctoral degree from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology, during which she completed a two-year clinical practicum at the Mayo Clinic. She went on to complete her pre-doctoral fellowship at Yale University School of Medicine, where she underwent rigorous training in neuropsychological testing and assessment. Her post-doctoral fellowship was completed at Yale University Health Center. Dr. Fleischacker’s clinical and research interests include traumatic brain injury, neurodegenerative disorders, and the genetic foundations of psychiatric illness. She has extensive experience across diverse clinical settings, including hospitals, outpatient clinics, private practice, and the legal system, where she frequently served as an expert witness. She is a professional member of the National Academy of Neuropsychology and the Pennsylvania Psychological Association.
