COGNITIVE REHABILITATION
COGNITIVE REHABILITATION
Harnessing the Brain’s Ability to Heal and Grow

OVERVIEW
Cognitive rehabilitation is an empirically supported, clinically delivered program that strengthens attention, memory, processing speed, executive functioning, and visuospatial skills. Our approach integrates computer-based training with therapist-guided strategy coaching so gains transfer to school, work, and daily life.
Neuroplasticity: Adaptive exercises help the brain build and strengthen neural pathways.
Personalized care: Treatment is tailored to baseline assessment and goals.
Measured outcomes: Objective progress data plus functional improvements guide adjustments.
What to Expect
- Baseline assessment: Structured evaluation of attention, memory, processing speed, executive skills, and visuospatial abilities to guide individual goals.
- Weekly sessions (60 minutes): 30 minutes of module training in a quiet, structured setting, and 30 minutes of therapist coaching to teach strategies and connect skills to real life.
- Home practice: At least two additional module sessions each week; activity is automatically logged and reviewed.
- Typical course: 8-12 weeks, adjusted based on progress and functional needs.
